Departure Notice & Bond Refund Form
Use this form when giving notice of departure. Please note that you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice, as agreed upon in the Tenancy Agreement.
Please also note this form replaces the Bond Refund Form.
Following your departure notice, you are expected to complete the following tasks:
Clean the room
Remove all rubbish from the room
Return keys
Once complete, we will then commence a Departure Checklist to assess cleanliness, damages, and arrears before the bond refund is calculated and processed.
Please note:
Bond refunds take 10 days to fully process.
